Currently we serve the Oregon side of the Portland metropolitan area as well as the Treasure Valley (Nampa, Boise, Caldwell, Eagle, Meridian, etc) of Idaho.

We can provide references of former clients upon request.

While we pride ourselves on doing high end craftsmanship we also cater to varying budgets and will do our very best to create a situation that works for you and your project.

Currently we do not charge for estimates.

We carry all of the required licensing and insurance to perform the work we bid on.

We have been building and renovating for the past 10 years but have experience in the industry that spans nearly 20 years.

As part of our contract, we offer a one year warranty or defects of workmanship.

While it is not our custom to allow alternate contractors to work on our projects as we are able to ensure our quality and timeliness with our current subcontractors, we do consider such requests on a case by case basis.

Our schedule is constantly changing. While some smaller jobs we are able to fit in very quickly, larger jobs are typically 3-5 weeks out depending on the lead time of materials and complexity of the job from the time we receive a signed proposal.

While we do perform some of the onsite labor directly through our company, we feel our artisans and craftsman who work day in and day out on their craft far exceed the skill set of a general contractor performing individual trades several times a year. We do perform all onsite management through Bspoke Homes.
